  Terms And Conditions:

    1. The sites will be indicated by the authorized representative of Deputy General Manager (Marketing). No claim or compensation or the any other consideration whatsoever, with regard to location will be entertained by DMRC.

    2. The size of the canopies/Kiosk shall not exceed 6’x6’ Sq.ft.

    3. The canopies to be installed at the station should be of good quality and its appearance should not spoil the aesthetic beauty of DMRC stations.

    4. All Acts and Regulations governing short-term promotions shall be applicable. All provisions of the METRO ACT 2002 will be applicable.

    5. I/We shall pay all taxes, duties or levies as may be applicable, including service charges/taxes if any.

    6. I/We shall abide by all instructions issued from the office of DGM/Mktg. without demur and no claim or compensation will entertain on this account.

    7. I/We shall ensure vacation of the sites on completion of the temporary promotion period of …………………………………….. at the above mentioned stations. Station Manager/authorized representative of DGM/Mktg will ensure vacation of site on timely.

    8. I/We shall operate the said kiosks only from 08:00 hrs to 20:00 hrs at the sites allotted.

    9. I/We shall make all necessary provisions to ensure safety to the commuters and MRTS properties, as directed by the authorized representative of DGM/Mktg.

    10. No commercial activity will be undertaken from the canopies. Only distribution of pamphlets, brouchers and free samples etc. are allowed.

    11. All persons who are to man the canopies will carry their identification cards at all times.

    12. I/We certifies that the credentials & backgrounds of persons who are to man the canopies.

    13. I/We shall be solely responsible for our property/properties and DMRC shall not be responsible in whatever manner for the damage or theft or rendering useless of our property.
