The board of directors of DMRC consists of 16 directors, which include five nominees from the government of India, five nominees from the GNCTD and six functional directors. Depending upon the requirement, the board also constitutes committees for some specific purpose where two to five directors are nominated by the board. The meetings of the board and committees are generally not accessible to the public.
