94 more train trips during off peak hours from 31st August 2015 (11 AM to 4 PM), additional arrangements for Rakshabandhan too.

DMRC has decided to run more number of trains during off- peak hours in order to provide better and comfortable Journey during off-peak hours.  With this it is expected that some of the peak hour’s travel will be shifted to more comfortable off-peak hours travel and will also attract more commuters during off-peak hours.

Additional trains will run during off-peak hours i.e. from 11:00 AM to
PM in Red Line (Dilshad Garden to Rithala), Yellow Line (Jahangirpuri to Huda City Center), Blue Line (Dwarka Sec -21 to Noida City Centre/Vaishali) and Violet Line (Badarpur to ITO) w.e.f. 31st August 2015.  With this new train operation plan, 94 additional numbers of trips will run per day.
